18 Inexpensive Things Worth Saving on
Everything's under $50
Last week, I wrote about expensive things I love spending money on per the trend. Today, I’m sharing inexpensive things I wholeheartedly are worth their weight in gold. And have no interest in upgrading!
This is the side of the conversation that can get a little lost in the endless plight for optimization. Enjoy some of my “good enough” picks. And I promise…you won’t guess number 4 :) They’re all under $50!
Mineral salt + lemon water
This simple formula is a favorite summer ritual of mine. If I’m out and it’s over 90 degrees, I’ll order a lemonade and sprinkle in a healthy serving of salt to cut the sweetness. At home, a pinch of salt and half a lemon does the trick better than any hydration powder.
Prequel Lip Visor Sunscreen
Wow. I was late to this product, but I threw out 3 lip products I sort of hated floating around in my bag once I tried it. It’s under $20, has SPF, but also works overnight.
The Libby app + Kindle
Did you know you can buy used Kindles on eBay? Link your Kindle to your Libby app, and you’re set with nearly unlimited eBooks from your library.
Reading paper books at home is my preference, but if I’m packing, I’ll load up on my available holds, and relish the saved suitcase space!
