How the sausage (My Week of Outfits) gets made
There’s nothing like a Week of Outfits post on Cup of Jo. The series has been a long-time favorite of mine for a few reasons. First of all, a week lets you get a sense of wearable outfits, the kind beyond special occasion dressing or a fancy date. I also love the series and its real life guests, not just fashion influencers with an endless stream of options.
When my friend
(I would shoutout Big Salad, but I have the data to prove that most of you are already readers) asked me to contribute my own week of looks, I was thrilled.My initial reaction was likely the terror a food lover might feel when prompted with the common last meal question. Just five outfits? How? Luckily, after a minor freakout, I remembered I’ve been dressing in pretty much the same pieces since I graduated from onesies.
